PORK NECK BONES RULE →
Today, I am making a pork neck bone stew consisting of pork neck bones, carrots, potatoes, a puree of garlic and hot peppers that I made previously, hand ground pepper, rosemary, celery, and onion.  I woke up wanting a watercress and pork neck soup, but am settling for this, since I’m using things already in the house.
